Returns and Refunds policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us unused with its original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a free refund or an exchange.
Free returns are for UK customers only (excluding the channel islands) and do not apply when item are bought in our SALE.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number for a Return Number (RN) which should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label and returned to us along with the bag. We do not accept responsibility of returned items until these goods have reached our premises. Please ensure all returns are packaged securely and sent using our prepaid labels.
A full refund will be issued for items returned due to fault. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we will offer you a full refund or replacement (depending on stock availability). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
